Ostrich is closing: Answering your questions

Ostrich will close on 19th June. Until then, we'll be winding things down gradually.

Can I still access my account?

If you have existing viewing requests, you can still log in to manage them.

Can I still make viewing requests?

No, you can no longer make new viewing requests.

You can still message owners where you’ve already shown interest. You can book in viewings and make formal offers.

Can I still make a formal offer on a property?

Yes, you can still make a formal offer after viewing a property, provided you're already in conversation with the owner. If you agree a sale, our sales team will continue support you through to completion.

What happens if I agree a sale?

Any agreed sales success team will continue to be supported by our team through to completion, no matter when that happens.

When will I stop being able to use Ostrich?

From 19th June, you'll no longer have access to your Ostrich account.
