Whenever a new home matches what you’re looking for, you’ll receive an email from us. This usually happens once a week. We’ll also include a few similar properties you might have missed, just in case.
You can easily set and update your preferences when you're browsing properties, and this will also update your email alerts.
Alternatively you or easily update them in the email alerts section of your Ostrich account.
You can choose the neighbourhoods you're interested in, your ideal property type, number of bedrooms, price range, and more.
If something stands out, you can request a viewing directly from the listing page. Your request will go straight to the homeowner, who can either invite you to view the property or let you know if it is not quite the right time.
Your alerts will only include homes where the owner has told us they plan to sell within the next year. Some properties on Ostrich have a longer timeline, so if you're browsing, look out for the 12+ months label that means the owner isn’t planning to move for at least a year.
