To check the progress of your requests or continue a conversation, head to the Viewing requests section in the main menu. We recommend keeping everything within your Ostrich account so there’s a clear record of your communication and we can make sure viewing reminders and updates are sent.
Once you make a formal offer, the Ostrich team will step in to help guide the rest of the process. We’re here to manage the offer process, and work with you and the owner all the way through to completion.
