What do you charge to list on Ostrich?
It is free to list on Ostrich. We won't charge you for photography, producing a floor plan or anything else.
If we introduce a buyer who goes on to purchase your home, we charge a 1% (plus VAT) commission. As part of this service we manage the entire sales process including:
Qualifying buyers
Verifying proof of funds
Negotiating price
Gathering buyer feedback
Preparing the heads of terms
Connecting solicitors
Managing the ongoing chain
