Ostrich will close on 19th June. Until then, we'll be winding things down gradually.

Can buyers still request viewings on my home?

No, new buyers can no longer request viewings on your home.

You can still message buyers who have already shown interest in your home, invite them to viewings and receive formal offers.

What can I still do in my Ostrich account?

You can still contact buyers who’ve already requested to view your home. You can message them, invite them to viewings and receive formal offers.

If you agree a sale, our sales team will support you through to completion.

What happens if I agree a sale?

Any agreed sales will continue to be supported by our team through to completion, no matter when that happens.

When will I stop being able to use Ostrich?

From 19th June, you'll no longer be able to log in to your Ostrich account.

Can I list with another agent?

Yes, you're free to move to another estate agent at any time. The only thing we ask is that you hide your Ostrich listing before your home launches with them.

How do I remove my listing from Ostrich?

You can hide your listing at any time in your Ostrich account.

Can I get the photos from my listing?

In most cases, we can share your listing photos. Contact us at hello@ostrich.co.uk and we'll send you a link to download the high resolution images.
