Step 2 - Connecting you with serious buyers
Rest assured, your home won’t appear on any of the big property portals.
Instead, you’ll have access to our 30,000 registered buyers, who turn to Ostrich because they can’t find what they’re looking for on the open market.
Buyers can request a viewing by submitting an indicative offer, along with a bio and details of their financial position. The best part? You’re in complete control—viewings only happen when an offer from a serious buyer catches your interest.
Step 3 - Managing your sale to a successful completion
If, after viewing your home, a buyer would like to make a formal offer, the Ostrich team will be by your side, every step of the way. We’ll handle price negotiations, manage the chain, coordinate with solicitors involved, and resolve any issues to keep your sale moving smoothly.
