We understand that a property might not always be the perfect match, or sometimes your circumstances change.
If you need to cancel your viewing, it's easy to do directly from your Ostrich account. Simply head to Upcoming viewings in the main menu, pick the relevant viewing, and select Manage viewing. From there, you'll see the option to cancel.
We do ask for a quick reason when you cancel – this is just a small courtesy to help the homeowner understand. As soon as you confirm, the viewing will be cancelled, and we'll notify the homeowner.
Since homeowners prepare their homes and set aside their personal time for viewings, cancelling as far in advance as you can makes a real difference to them.
