If your original viewing time no longer works, but you'd still love to see the property, rescheduling is easy to do in your Ostrich account. Just head to Upcoming viewings in your main menu, pick the relevant viewing, and choose Manage viewing. From there, you'll see the option to reschedule.
When you choose to reschedule, your initial booking is immediately cancelled. Your request to book a new time goes directly to the homeowner so they can check their availability. If they're able to offer new viewing times, we'll send you an email to let you know. Of course, if they can't accommodate a reschedule for any reason, we'll be sure to let you know that too!
Once you've picked and confirmed your new viewing time, you'll receive a viewing confirmation email with all the details.
